DECLARATION OF ADMINISTRATION
H & UD Department, Govt. of Odisha, the State Govt. in exercise of the
powers conferred by Sub-Section (i) of Section 423 of the Odisha Municipal Act, 1950 (Odisha Act
23 of 1950) appoints the Sub-Collector, Bargarh as Administrator of Attabira NAC, who shall
exercise the powers, discharge the duties and perform the functions of the said NAC including
that of its Chairman in addition to his own duties, until a council is constituted for the said
area in accordance with provision of the said Act, vide Govt. Notification No.10329,
dated.03.04.2012.
NAC HEADQUARTERS:-
The Attabira GP office building has been handed over to H & UD
Department by virtue of which newly formed Attabira NAC has been functioning in the same
building as such the erstwhile Attabira GP Office building declared as of the NAC, Attabira for
all purposes
